Shipping Info

ebraceshop.com will be shipped same day via UPS ground if ordered before 12pm PST, if after 12pm PST it will ship next day.  2nd day, 3rd day and next day air is also available at an additional fee.  Shipping only occurs Monday through Friday, no shipping on Saturday and Sunday or major Federal Holidays.
 

Backordered Items

ebraceshop.com will do it's best to maintain a high inventory of products to satisfy all customer orders. Sometimes, however, demand can exceed supply, and a product will be listed as “Backordered.” Backordered products will be shipped as soon as possible, and may go out separately from the rest of your order depending on the estimated arrival of new inventory.

If your order ships separately ebraceshop.com will not bill additional shipping and handling for this second shipment.

Warranties

ebraceshop.com carries many products from different manufacturers and will follow each of the Manufacturers warranties.  Each Manufacturer can be reached directly to handle any warranty issues
