Electrotherapy

PROTENS are designed and intended to be used with
marketed transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulators
(TENS). The PROTENS electrodes provide the conductive
interface between the TENS generator and the patient’s skin.

The PROTENS electrode offers the following:

- Low impedance and high conductivity;
- Self-adhering and reusable; 
- Various styles and shapes for each use.

This hand-held infrared light wand provides therapeutic massage and deep tissue relief.  Infrared penetrates far below the surface to soothe and comfort the nerves.

Interferential therapy is one of many types of therapy. It uses a mid-frequency electrical signal to treat muscular spasms and strains. The current produces a massaging effect over the affected area at periodic intervals, and this stimulates the secretion of endorphins, the body's natural pain reliever, thus relaxing strained muscles and promoting soft tissue healing. Its use is contraindicated if the affected area has wounds, cuts or infections.
